The monthly * Coordinator will assist in the menu selection with the help of her committee,(one week prior to the club meeting).

Each person will assist with Sunday afternoon set/up/decorating(time TBD by *Coordinator).

Day of persons will bring assigned food/beverage item,arriving @ 8:30 to finish morning set-up and will assist with take -down/clean-up after meeting is adjourned.

***If you’re unable to serve in your assigned month, it is YOUR responsibility to find another member to swap with. Please advise the original Coordinator and the Hospitality Chair of your schedule change.

Please note that if you are the assigned Coordinator and you must be absent, a committee member must step-up and assume the role of Coordinator*.

The following month Coordinator will gather and store item boxes, trolley. They will be responsible for washing tablecloths and napkins used, making them ready for their months use.
